2. Purposes and modalities of processing

We process your personal data based on the following modalities:

3. Transfer ex EU

VIDEOGIFTS shall transfer personal data to third countries, including the Unites States. In such case, VIDEOGIFTS relies on the following instruments to cover the transfer: EC model clauses and/or US-EU data privacy framework.
