Not at all! Once it’s uploaded, your video will remain on your Youtube channel indefinitely, and you can watch it anytime, as often as you like.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer cassette digitization. You’ll need to convert your tapes into video files first (such as MP4, MOV, or similar) using a local service. Once you have your files, you can send them to us, and we’ll take care of the rest—whether that’s following your instructions or creating a customized video for you.

Absolutely! You can send us videos in any format—landscape, portrait, or square—and we’ll compile them into a single, seamless video. For example, a full HD landscape video (1920x1080) and a vertical portrait video (1080x1920) can be included together effortlessly.

When you upload a vertical video, it displays within the standard horizontal (landscape) format. This means your video will appear in full, but black bars will fill the empty space on the left and right sides.

When we receive your footage, we first review it and assess its quality. If it doesn’t meet the standard we need for editing, we’ll let you know and, unfortunately, we won’t be able to create the video. But in most cases, we can definitely work with your footage, so don’t worry! Just send it over, and we’ll let you know.

Each of our videos is a unique, handcrafted piece, carefully created by our professional artists and editors. The finished video is considered the final version. However, if you’d like to make changes, you can book an extra revision. This can be done either when filling out your video request form or after receiving your video—we’ll include a link in the delivery email where you can easily request an additional round of edits.

If you don't have a YouTube channel yet, we'll help you create one and guide you step by step,also through a simple phone call. It only takes a few minutes.
